About the Role
We’re seeking an HR Specialist II to support our employees, contractors, and leaders throughout the full employment lifecycle. Reporting to the Regional Human Resources Business Partner, you’ll coordinate and execute key HR programs, processes, and compliance activities that keep our people operations accurate, timely, and aligned with requirements.
Responsibilities
- Administer HR programs and processes under the direction of the Regional HR Business Partner
- Support onboarding for employees and contractors, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation for compliance and audit readiness
- Partner with leaders and stakeholders to address HR-related questions with sound judgment
- Identify process gaps and proactively drive improvements to completion
- Promote and uphold the Giving HEART culture in day-to-day interactions
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment compliance requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills and a solutions-focused mindset
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Excellent organization and self-direction to move work forward without constant guidance
- Ability to work effectively with employees, contractors, and leadership across the employment lifecycle
