About the Role
Freenome is looking for a Senior People Systems and Data Analyst to strengthen our People data capabilities and turn workforce information into clear, decision-ready insights. You will help leadership and People Operations understand trends across hiring, retention, engagement, and org planning through reporting that is both accurate and actionable.
Responsibilities
- Develop, analyze, and interpret workforce data to uncover patterns and trends
- Build and maintain dashboards, analytics, and reporting to improve visibility into workforce metrics
- Partner with People Operations to support insight-led planning for hiring, retention, engagement, and growth
- Maintain People systems and ensure data integrity, consistency, and reliability
- Translate complex People data into clear narratives that support business decisions
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with People/HR or workforce datasets
- Proficiency in dashboarding and reporting (e.g., BI tools) and advanced analytics
- Experience ensuring data quality, governance, and integrity across People systems
- Ability to communicate insights effectively through data storytelling
- Comfort partnering cross-functionally and owning deliverables end to end
