About the Role
As the HR Technology (HRIS) Manager, you’ll serve as the HR department’s technology leader and partner closely with the Executive Vice President (EVP) of Human Resources. This fully onsite role is based in Phoenix, Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Oversee HR technology strategy and day-to-day HRIS operations to support HR needs
- Lead technology planning, system improvements, and process enhancements across HR workflows
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to identify requirements and translate them into solutions
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate updates, integrations, and system enhancements
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and appropriate access controls within HR systems
Requirements
- Experience managing HRIS/HR technology platforms and related HR systems
- Strong understanding of HR processes and how they map to technology requirements
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive improvements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders
- Commitment to a fair and consistent hiring process, including completing interviews and assessments independently
