About the Role
HelloFresh is seeking an on-site Human Resources Business Partner to support our leadership team at our Goodyear distribution center. In this role, you’ll bring an objective, business-focused approach to help drive performance through people, strengthen engagement (especially for the night shift), and create a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with distribution center leaders to support execution of HR strategy and operational priorities
- Apply and strengthen HR Business Partner and Center of Excellence models to improve the employment experience
- Use people insights to enhance engagement, performance, and retention across teams
- Learn the site’s operational rhythm and help HR initiatives align with how the business ebbs and flows
- Report to the Senior Manager at the Goodyear distribution center and collaborate cross-functionally
Requirements
- Experience in an HR Business Partner or similar HR leadership role
- Strong ability to partner with leaders and influence outcomes through people programs
- Comfort working in a fast-paced distribution/operations environment
- Demonstrated focus on engagement and employee experience
- On-site availability for Monday–Friday, 10:00am–7:00pm (night shift engagement focus)
