About the Role
Fender Musical Instruments Corporation (FMIC) is seeking an HR Business Partner based in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you’ll help shape a global HR culture that reflects Fender’s values of innovation, expression, and legacy. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders—coaching managers, supporting day-to-day HR needs, and contributing to longer-term people strategy.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to assigned business leaders, providing HR guidance and practical solutions
- Coach managers on talent, performance, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations
- Support tactical HR operations while also identifying opportunities to improve processes and programs
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to align initiatives across the employee lifecycle
- Help build and maintain strong relationships across teams to support a positive, high-performing culture
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a closely related HR advisory role
- Strong ability to balance both strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, global environment
- Knowledge of core HR practices including performance management and employee relations
