About the Role
Kelso Industries is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator to support our people-focused operations at Mullins Mechanical. In this role, you’ll help coordinate HR activities that keep hiring, onboarding, employee records, and day-to-day HR workflows running smoothly.

Responsibilities
- Assist with recruiting coordination, including scheduling interviews and supporting candidate communication
- Help manage onboarding tasks such as documentation, checklists, and new-hire coordination
- Maintain accurate employee records and support HR data updates
- Support HR compliance processes by helping track and organize required documentation
- Coordinate HR-related requests and provide timely support to internal teams
Requirements
- Prior experience supporting HR functions or a related administrative role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional communication and the ability to handle confidential information
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple stakeholders
