About the Role
Quest Defense Systems & Solutions is looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support an exceptional employee experience for our growing team of engineering and technical professionals. Reporting to the People & Culture team, you’ll help manage onboarding, employee communications, HR operations, and employee lifecycle administration—ensuring a consistent, engaging, and compliant experience across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end onboarding, including scheduling, coordination, and leading new employee orientations
- Prepare and maintain employee documentation and HR communications throughout the employee lifecycle
- Assist with HR operations and day-to-day administrative processes to keep services running smoothly
- Help ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies in a fast-paced, multi-state environment
- Support HR systems and maintain accurate employee records
- Partner with leaders and employees to provide clear, professional communication and timely HR support
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR operations role
- Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and supporting multiple priorities
- Knowledge of HR compliance and best practices across the employee lifecycle
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, service-oriented mindset
- Experience supporting HR systems and employee data management (HRIS preferred)
