About the Role

Tlingit Haida Tribal Business Corporation (THTBC) is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support KIRA Services. In this role, you’ll help strengthen an organization dedicated to creating meaningful economic opportunity and sustainable growth for the Tlingit & Haida Tribes of Alaska.

For more than 35 years, THTBC and its subsidiaries have delivered mission-critical services to federal clients worldwide—spanning logistics, information technology, cybersecurity, and facilities operations. Your HR leadership will play a key part in building a resilient, high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day HR functions for the organization and assigned teams
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to meet business needs
• Advise leaders on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management
• Help foster a positive, service-focused workplace culture aligned with organizational values
• Coordinate HR processes across subsidiaries as needed to ensure consistency and compliance

Requirements

• Proven experience in human resources management or a senior HR leadership role
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and HR operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to partner with leaders
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
• Experience working in mission-driven or government-adjacent environments is a plus
