About the Role
Blink Health is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to support pharmacy operations. In this role, you’ll help ensure our people programs align with day-to-day operational needs in a fast-paced healthcare technology environment.
Responsibilities
- Support HR processes for pharmacy operations, including onboarding and employee lifecycle coordination
- Partner with operations leaders to identify staffing needs and help coordinate recruiting support
- Assist with employee relations activities, documentation, and maintaining accurate HR records
- Contribute to training and process improvements that support compliance and consistent people practices
- Coordinate HR communications and help drive adoption of internal policies and procedures
Requirements
- Experience in HR support, HR operations, or a related role
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage confidential information
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Knowledge of HR best practices and basic employment law concepts (as applicable)
