About the Role
Lantern is seeking an Implementation Manager to help bring our specialty care platform to employers and members. You’ll use structured, logic-driven problem solving to drive progress, coordinate key stakeholders, and ensure implementations are delivered smoothly and on time.
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation planning and execution from kickoff through go-live
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to remove blockers and maintain momentum
- Track milestones, timelines, and delivery quality to ensure successful outcomes
- Support adoption by translating business needs into actionable implementation steps
- Monitor progress and communicate updates clearly to internal teams and partners
Requirements
- Experience managing software, services, or platform implementations
- Strong logic-based decision making and a bias toward measurable progress
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and stakeholder management
- Clear communication skills and comfort working in cross-functional environments
