About the Role
TurFresh is seeking an Inbound Sales Performance Leader to help turn great inbound leads into elite customer outcomes. This is an initial 90-day performance engagement with the possibility of transitioning into a long-term role based on results. The role is remote, with availability during U.S. Pacific business hours and strong English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own inbound lead follow-up and guide prospects through the sales process
- Track performance metrics and improve conversion across the sales funnel
- Coach and support sales execution to raise overall quality and consistency
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from first call onward
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Availability during U.S. Pacific business hours
- Proven ability to manage inbound sales activity and performance targets
- Strong communication and customer-focused mindset
