About the Role
Little Sprouts LLC is hiring an Infant Assistant Teacher to support our youngest learners with safe, nurturing care. This role is ideal for someone who’s excited to learn, build routines with the classroom team, and contribute to a positive environment where children can thrive.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily infant classroom routines while following health and safety guidelines
- Support age-appropriate learning through play, comfort, and consistent care
- Help maintain a clean, organized classroom environment
- Communicate with lead teachers and families in a respectful, timely manner
- Practice patience and adaptability as children and classroom needs change
Requirements
- Genuine interest in early childhood education and infant development
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to stay calm during daily challenges
- Willingness to learn classroom procedures and regulations
