About the Role

Little Sprouts LLC is seeking an Infant Certified Teacher to join our early education team. In this role, you’ll bring confidence and thoughtful guidance to the classroom while staying open to new research, evolving regulations, and improved teaching practices. Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing classroom experience for infants through consistent daily routines
• Use strong communication and flexibility to adapt to new guidance, research, and center expectations
• Support children’s development through age-appropriate learning and care practices
• Model a growth mindset by staying current with professional development and encouraging it in others
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive team culture and high-quality care

Requirements

• Infant Certified Teacher credential (as required by applicable licensing standards)
• Relevant experience in Early Education and Care
• Ability to remain flexible and responsive to changing research, regulations, and classroom needs
• Strong communication skills and a consistent, caring approach with young children
