About the Role

PartsSource is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to support government healthcare customers from our Charlotte, NC office in a hybrid work setup. You’ll help organizations streamline procurement for healthcare equipment, services, and training while contributing to our mission of keeping healthcare “Always On.”

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales conversations with government healthcare stakeholders through phone, email, and virtual meetings
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Manage leads and opportunities through the full sales cycle
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate information, timely follow-up, and smooth handoffs
  • Maintain pipeline health and report on activity and progress

Requirements

  • Experience in inside sales, sales development, or a related customer-facing role
  • Strong communication skills and comfort presenting value to stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and follow a structured sales process
  • Interest in healthcare, procurement, or mission-critical service environments
  • Location in or near Charlotte, NC and availability for hybrid work
