About the Role
PartsSource is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to support government healthcare customers from our Charlotte, NC office in a hybrid work setup. You’ll help organizations streamline procurement for healthcare equipment, services, and training while contributing to our mission of keeping healthcare “Always On.”
Responsibilities
- Drive sales conversations with government healthcare stakeholders through phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Manage leads and opportunities through the full sales cycle
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate information, timely follow-up, and smooth handoffs
- Maintain pipeline health and report on activity and progress
Requirements
- Experience in inside sales, sales development, or a related customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills and comfort presenting value to stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and follow a structured sales process
- Interest in healthcare, procurement, or mission-critical service environments
- Location in or near Charlotte, NC and availability for hybrid work
