About the Role
Sutton National Group is seeking a Statistical Reporting Supervisor to lead timely, accurate reporting of both detail and aggregate data to external regulatory authorities. This role sits within our regulatory and statistical reporting team and is ideal for an analytical, proactive problem-solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate regulatory and statistical reporting activities to ensure completeness, accuracy, and on-time submission
- Lead preparation of detail and aggregate data reports for external regulatory stakeholders
- Monitor reporting timelines and manage key priorities during seasonal peak periods
- Identify data quality issues, investigate root causes, and drive corrective actions
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather, validate, and reconcile data used for reporting
- Support continuous improvement of reporting processes and documentation
Requirements
- Experience with insurance regulatory and/or statistical reporting (property & casualty preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt quickly in a high-collaboration, fast-moving environment
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfort working additional hours during seasonal peak reporting periods
