About the Role
As an Inventory Control Specialist, you’ll help keep warehouse operations running smoothly by monitoring inventory levels, ensuring transactions are accurate, and supporting reliable financial reporting. You’ll also help detect discrepancies early and drive corrective actions to protect inventory integrity.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts, cycle counts, and participate in full physical inventory audits
- Reconcile inventory variances and investigate root causes to prevent repeat issues
- Maintain and update inventory records in ERP/WMS systems to ensure data accuracy
Requirements
- Experience with inventory control, warehouse operations, or related administrative support
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with inventory data
- Comfort using ERP/WMS tools or similar systems
