About the Role
FIRST, a global brand experience agency, is seeking a Project Manager to support Asset Management for event-led programs. You’ll help coordinate the planning, tracking, and delivery of assets that enable high-quality brand experiences worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Manage asset workflows across event projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to plan asset movement, storage, and readiness
- Track asset status, documentation, and inventory to maintain accuracy and accountability
- Support project delivery by monitoring scope, milestones, and operational details
- Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders to keep projects on track
Requirements
- Proven event experience (hands-on knowledge of event operations is required)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with asset tracking, inventory processes, or logistics coordination
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
