About the Role
Adyen is seeking an experienced and motivated leader to guide a team of Project Operations Managers. In this role, you’ll help drive the delivery and execution of complex global rollouts, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to keep programs moving and outcomes on track.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of Project Operations Managers to ensure consistent delivery performance
- Oversee planning, execution, and operational coordination for complex global rollout programs
- Coordinate with stakeholders across teams to remove blockers and maintain clear delivery priorities
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and support continuous improvement in operational processes
- Promote a high-accountability culture focused on quality, ownership, and collaboration
Requirements
- Proven experience in project operations, program delivery, or operational management
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and driving execution at scale
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and geographies
- Ability to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and handle competing demands
- Experience supporting global rollouts or multi-region initiatives is a plus
