About the Role
Varda is building commercial space infrastructure—from in-orbit pharmaceutical processing to dependable reentry capsules—and we’re looking for an Inventory Manager to help ensure our materials and components are available when and where they’re needed.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end inventory control, including receiving, storage, tracking, and cycle counting
- Maintain accurate records across inventory systems and ensure data integrity
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and procurement to support production and program timelines
- Monitor stock levels, identify risks of shortages or excess, and recommend corrective actions
- Support audits and compliance activities related to inventory and parts traceability
Requirements
- Proven experience managing inventory in a fast-paced, technical, or manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail with a track record of maintaining accurate inventory data
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with stakeholders
- Experience with inventory management tools and/or ERP systems
- Comfort working in an onsite environment
