About the Role
Join the Administration for Children and Families within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. In this IT Specialist (SYSANALYSIS) role, you’ll help leadership improve business outcomes and customer experience by analyzing complex IT, cybersecurity, and systems challenges and translating findings into clear executive guidance.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level advisory support through analysis of complex IT, cybersecurity, and systems issues
- Develop executive briefings, reports, and strategic recommendations for leadership and stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver executive presentations covering IT initiatives, operational risk, compliance activities, and modernization efforts
- Coordinate with IT and program offices to support IT governance, strategic planning, and alignment of technology initiatives
Requirements
- Experience analyzing enterprise IT and cybersecurity issues and communicating results to senior audiences
- Ability to produce executive-level written materials and presentations
- Strong understanding of IT governance, compliance, and modernization planning
