About the Role
Novara is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Information Technology team. In this customer-facing position, you’ll support company-managed devices—including Windows desktops and laptops, macOS, Android, and iOS—along with the applications and cloud services our teams depend on.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex end-user issues across hardware, software, identity, and endpoint platforms
- Support and maintain Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS devices used by employees
- Work within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to meet support and response expectations
- Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose problems and drive timely resolution
- Provide a high-quality support experience for end users and stakeholders
Requirements
- Hands-on experience supporting end-user computing environments (Windows and/or macOS)
- Familiarity with mobile device support for Android and iOS
- Ability to troubleshoot issues across hardware, software, identity, and endpoint systems
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to manage priorities under SLAs
