About the Role

SRS Acquiom is seeking an IT Support Technician to help keep our systems running smoothly. You’ll support day-to-day technology needs for employees and contribute to a reliable, secure IT environment that supports complex transactions across our global offices.

Responsibilities

  • Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve end-user technical issues across common business applications and devices
  • Provide desktop and hardware support, including account access, permissions, and workstation setup
  • Assist with IT requests such as software installs, password resets, and basic network connectivity checks
  • Document support tickets and maintain clear notes for troubleshooting and resolution
  • Coordinate with internal teams or vendors when issues require escalation

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT support or a help desk role
  • Comfort supporting Windows-based environments and common productivity tools
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., DNS, DHCP, connectivity)
