About the Role
SRS Acquiom is seeking an IT Support Technician to help keep our systems running smoothly. You’ll support day-to-day technology needs for employees and contribute to a reliable, secure IT environment that supports complex transactions across our global offices.
Responsibilities
- Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve end-user technical issues across common business applications and devices
- Provide desktop and hardware support, including account access, permissions, and workstation setup
- Assist with IT requests such as software installs, password resets, and basic network connectivity checks
- Document support tickets and maintain clear notes for troubleshooting and resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams or vendors when issues require escalation
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT support or a help desk role
- Comfort supporting Windows-based environments and common productivity tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., DNS, DHCP, connectivity)
