About the Role
Fin is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to help keep our internal systems reliable, secure, and scalable as we support thousands of global customers. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to maintain the infrastructure that enables our AI-driven customer support platform.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot IT systems and services to ensure high availability
- Support system integrations and internal tooling that enable smooth operations
- Apply security best practices across endpoints, servers, and network services
- Automate routine administration tasks to improve efficiency and consistency
- Collaborate with engineering teams to plan, deploy, and document system changes
Requirements
- Experience administering and supporting production systems (servers, networking, and/or endpoints)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort working across the stack
- Knowledge of security fundamentals (access control, patching, and hardening)
- Ability to document systems and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical partners
