About the Role
We’re seeking a Java Full Stack Lead to guide our application delivery team and help build high-quality enterprise web solutions. You’ll lead a talented group of engineers (DEV & QA), bringing strong technical judgment, solution design experience, and hands-on development to meet complex business needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development for web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js)
- Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs that power front-end functionality
- Create responsive, dynamic user interfaces with React to deliver smooth user experiences
- Provide technical direction, promote engineering best practices, and support team collaboration
- Collaborate with QA and delivery partners to ensure reliable, high-quality releases
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience building full-stack applications with React, Node.js, and REST APIs
- Experience with MongoDB and Express.js
- Ability to design solutions for complex business requirements
- Proven leadership experience mentoring engineers and driving best practices
