About the Role
Join our team as a Junior Full-Stack Developer and help build and improve full-stack applications and services. You’ll work across front-end and back-end development, collaborate with product and design partners, and support the integration of modern AI/LLM features and automation workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Java and Python
- Create and maintain front-end experiences with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Build and integrate back-end APIs and services, including RESTful API development
- Support the integration and fine-tuning of AI/LLM-based features in existing and new products
- Develop and maintain RPA workflows to automate repetitive business processes
- Collaborate with designers and product stakeholders to deliver clean, user-friendly UI/UX
- Write unit and integration tests to improve code quality and reliability
- Assist with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation to streamline releases
Requirements
- Basic experience with Java and/or Python for application development
- Working knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience designing, consuming, or integrating RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with relational databases (RDB) and practices for data integrity and performance
- Understanding of testing approaches (unit and integration testing)
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Korean (bilingual preferred)
