About the Role
Join our team as a Recreation Leader for the Dog Park program. You’ll help plan, coordinate, and supervise recreational activities, support after-school programming, and ensure safety and compliance during each event.
Responsibilities
- Prepare park and facility spaces for scheduled activities and special events
- Assist with delivery, setup, and removal of equipment and materials as needed
- Interpret recreation programs and departmental policies for the public
- Enforce departmental rules and address safety or compliance concerns
- Coordinate and oversee daily activity operations to support a positive participant experience
Requirements
- Customer-focused approach and ability to provide high-quality service
- Strong professionalism and reliability in a public-facing role
- Ability to supervise activities while maintaining a safe, organized environment
- Comfort communicating policies and expectations clearly to participants and families
Compensation
- Minimum: $34,320/year
- Maximum: $44,616/year
