About the Role
Alcon is seeking an onsite Warehouse & Distribution Operations Specialist (Operator I) to support our Supply Chain team at our Lake Forest, California Valencia Warehouse. In this role, you’ll help ensure products move efficiently through warehouse and distribution operations so customers and patients receive what they need—when they need it.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily warehouse and distribution center tasks to support accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Support inventory handling activities, including movement, organization, and basic reconciliation
- Help optimize workflows to improve efficiency and reduce delays
- Follow safety, quality, and operating procedures to maintain a reliable operation
- Collaborate with internal teams to support supply chain execution and problem resolution
Requirements
- Experience working in warehouse, distribution, or operations environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
- Comfort working in a fast-paced setting with changing priorities
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required by warehouse operations
- Basic computer skills for inventory or operational systems (as applicable)
