About the Role
Do you enjoy helping students build strong reading and writing skills? We’re seeking a Language Arts Teacher to support our classes with flexible availability, including weekday afternoons/evenings and weekend sessions. As we expand, there may be opportunities to be assigned to an ongoing class.
Responsibilities
- Deliver language arts lessons using company-created curriculum and materials
- Lead small-group instruction for advanced students
- Encourage student-led learning and active participation
- Manage and supervise classes of up to 16 students
- Assess student work and provide constructive feedback
Requirements
- Experience teaching language arts or related subjects
- Comfort working with small groups and supporting student engagement
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback to students
- Flexible availability for Monday–Friday afternoons/evenings and Saturday/Sunday
