About the Role
Scout Motors is seeking a Lead, Business Operations to help strengthen how our teams plan, execute, and improve day-to-day operations. You’ll support business leaders with operational planning, process improvements, and cross-functional coordination as we build and scale a modern, electrified vehicle brand.
Responsibilities
- Own operational planning and execution support across key business initiatives
- Identify gaps in processes and drive improvements to increase efficiency and clarity
- Coordinate across teams to ensure priorities, timelines, and dependencies are well managed
- Support reporting and operational metrics to inform leadership decisions
- Partner with stakeholders to streamline workflows and remove obstacles
Requirements
- Experience in business operations, program coordination, or operational planning
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams and driving process change
