About the Role

As a Lead Solutions Consultant for the US, you’ll help customers realize value from Perk by guiding solution fit, supporting adoption, and ensuring successful outcomes across the customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions to understand customer needs, workflows, and business goals
- Translate customer requirements into tailored solutions and recommended configurations
- Collaborate with sales, product, and implementation teams to drive successful deployments
- Own solution presentations, technical/product demos, and stakeholder alignment
- Support onboarding and adoption through best practices, guidance, and enablement
- Identify risks and opportunities to improve customer success and expansion
Requirements
- Proven experience in solutions consulting, customer-facing implementation, or a similar presales/customer success role
- Strong understanding of SaaS workflows and how to map business needs to product capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfort working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders
- Experience with travel, expense, or finance-related systems is a plus
