Tyson & Mendes, a nationally recognized law firm focused on insurance defense litigation, is hiring an experienced, detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys handling civil litigation, personal injury, and construction defect matters. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with a collaborative legal team.
Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with case preparation for civil litigation matters, including personal injury and construction defect claims
- Support document management, organization, and retrieval throughout the life of a case
- Help coordinate and track key deadlines, filings, and case milestones
- Draft, proofread, and assemble legal documents and correspondence as directed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure cases stay organized and on schedule
Requirements
- Prior paralegal experience supporting litigation matters
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Comfort working in a high-volume, deadline-driven legal environment
- Excellent organization and communication skills
