About the Role
Innovate Rehab and Wellness is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team in a skilled nursing facility. This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with flexible hours, supporting patient-centered care in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the physical therapist with patient evaluations and treatment sessions
- Provide one-on-one therapy support to help patients improve mobility and function
- Help implement individualized care plans under the direction of a licensed physical therapist
- Maintain a supportive, professional approach that prioritizes patient comfort and progress
Requirements
- Current PTA licensure (Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant)
- Experience in a skilled nursing or clinical setting preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
