About the Role
Innovate Rehab and Wellness is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide PRN support in a skilled nursing facility. This role is designed for flexibility, with realistic daily scheduling to help you maintain work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled physical therapy assistance under the direction of licensed clinicians
- Provide focused, one-on-one patient care with minimal concurrent/group treatment
- Support day-to-day rehab needs within the skilled nursing facility setting
Requirements
- Current PTA license (state requirements)
- Experience in skilled nursing or a related healthcare setting preferred
- Ability to work flexible, as-needed shifts
