Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy for children and adolescents
- Deliver clinically excellent care with a focus on patient outcomes
- Collaborate with the care team and use available administrative support
- Maintain appropriate documentation and follow clinical standards
Requirements
- Active clinical licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMSW
- Experience or strong interest in child and adolescent behavioral health
- Commitment to patient-centered care and professional growth
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based outpatient environment
