About the Role

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support a lead attorney in advancing consumer-rights cases. In this role, you’ll help manage case work and legal documentation while working closely with the legal team to keep matters moving efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead attorney with day-to-day litigation support
• Help prepare and organize legal documents, records, and case materials
• Support discovery activities by compiling, reviewing, and organizing relevant information
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deadlines and case workflow are maintained
• Maintain accurate case files and documentation for ongoing matters

Requirements

• Paralegal experience or a strong background supporting litigation matters
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Comfort working with legal documents and maintaining organized case files
• Professional communication skills and ability to work effectively with attorneys and staff
