About the Role
The Location Support Specialist is a customer-facing team member responsible for stocking and maintaining vendor-managed inventory at assigned sites. You’ll ensure inventory areas are clean, safe, organized, and correctly labeled, while keeping on-hand quantities accurate in the vendor managed inventory system.
Responsibilities
- Receive and stock weekly and emergency replenishment shipments
- Inspect weekly replenishment shipments to confirm correct quantities and products
- Maintain vendor-managed inventory areas in a clean, safe, organized, and properly labeled condition
- Update and verify physical inventory levels in the vendor-managed inventory software
Requirements
- Customer-focused attitude with strong service skills
- Ability to manage inventory accuracy and follow labeling/organization standards
- Comfort working with software used to track vendor-managed inventory
