About the Role

We’re seeking a Client Success Manager to help ensure our customers feel supported from onboarding through ongoing success. This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships and proactively addressing client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Own the client experience by monitoring health, adoption, and satisfaction
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for questions, feedback, and escalations

Requirements
