About the Role
We’re seeking a Client Success Manager to help ensure our customers feel supported from onboarding through ongoing success. This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships and proactively addressing client needs.
Responsibilities
- Own the client experience by monitoring health, adoption, and satisfaction
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for questions, feedback, and escalations
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement
- Identify opportunities to increase value and retention through tailored guidance
- Maintain clear communication and track progress with relevant updates and documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Comfort working remotely and managing multiple clients and priorities
- Analytical mindset to interpret customer signals and act on insights
