About the Role
Uber Freight is seeking Logistics Specialists to support dedicated customer accounts within our Managed Transportation organization. You’ll help drive day-to-day transportation execution, ensuring freight moves efficiently, service expectations are met, and customers receive responsive operational support.
This role is a great fit if you enjoy troubleshooting, juggling multiple priorities, coordinating across teams, and building strong relationships with carriers and customers. You’ll also gain hands-on exposure to transportation management systems, shipment execution, carrier operations, and day-to-day customer communication.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor freight movement to support reliable, on-time service
- Manage shipment execution activities and resolve operational issues as they arise
- Communicate with carriers and internal teams to keep deliveries on track
- Support customer service expectations through timely updates and issue follow-up
- Use transportation tools and systems to track performance and execution details
Requirements
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations (or similar work)
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with carriers and customers
- Proficiency using operational tools or systems (TMS experience is a plus)
