About the Role
Uber Freight is hiring a Logistics Specialist Lead to support transportation and supply chain operations while delivering exceptional customer service. This hybrid role is based at a customer site in the Frisco/Dallas, TX area with an in-office schedule of 3 days per week and 2 days remote.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary customer point of contact and execute operational requests
- Coordinate daily workflows to support accurate and on-time product delivery
- Lead transportation-related activities to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs
- Monitor delivery progress and help resolve issues to protect service levels
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met consistently
Requirements
- Experience in transportation, supply chain, or logistics
- Customer service experience with a strong operational mindset
- Ability to manage daily priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment
- Comfort working in a hybrid schedule and supporting customer-site needs
