About the Role
Join the C4 Shore Infrastructure Planning Division within the Plans, Programs and Requirements Department to support IT baseline and telecommunications requirements for the NCTAMS LANT Program Objective Memorandum (POM). This is a DoD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) position.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary support for POM IT baseline requirements and other operational telecommunications needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for NCTAMS LANT departments and installations to gather IT requirements used in POM budget worksheet development.
- Analyze POM requirements data to prevent duplication and identify opportunities for synergy while meeting mission needs with minimal resource use.
- Maintain POM worksheets, supporting budget records, and related files as required.
Requirements
- Experience supporting program planning, budgeting, and requirements analysis in a technical or operational environment.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to identify overlaps, gaps, and synergies.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to collect and organize IT requirements.
- Proficiency maintaining structured records and documentation for budget and planning materials.
