About the Role
We’re seeking a people leader to manage our Client & Advisor Experience team and drive the deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of advisor-facing wealth technology. In this role, you’ll oversee the tools that help advisors plan, report, and operate more efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team responsible for advisor experience and technology outcomes
- Own the rollout and ongoing optimization of critical advisory platforms, reporting engines, and productivity tools
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key advisor-facing technologies and enhancements
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure solutions are secure, accessible, and properly permissioned
- Ensure tools remain fully functional and connected through reliable data integrations
- Apply operational discipline to track adoption, success metrics, and improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Experience leading teams and managing delivery for technology or platform initiatives
- Strong understanding of advisor workflows and wealth management technology needs
- Demonstrated ability to partner across business, engineering, and vendor teams
- Knowledge of security, access controls, and data integration fundamentals
- Product-ownership mindset with a focus on adoption, usability, and continuous improvement
