Fin is an AI Customer Agent company helping businesses deliver consistently great customer experiences. We’re looking for a Manager, Relationship Managers to lead and support our mid-market relationship team, helping customers get maximum value from our AI-powered support solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach Relationship Managers supporting mid-market accounts
- Own relationship health by driving engagement, adoption, and ongoing value realization
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure customer needs are met
- Identify risks and opportunities within the book of business and recommend next steps
- Support reporting and operational processes to improve outcomes across the team
Requirements
- Experience managing or leading customer-facing teams in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset
- Comfort working with data to track account progress and drive improvements
- Ability to collaborate across teams and influence outcomes
- Knowledge of customer success, account management, or sales operations is a plus
