About the Role
Lithic is seeking a Senior Dispute Analyst to support our card issuing and processing platform. You’ll help ensure disputes are handled accurately and efficiently, supporting the reliability of card programs for innovative financial companies.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and review dispute cases to determine appropriate outcomes based on policies and evidence
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather documentation and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain clear case notes and ensure accurate status updates throughout the dispute lifecycle
- Identify trends in dispute activity and recommend process improvements
- Support reconciliation and reporting efforts to improve dispute handling quality and turnaround times
Requirements
- Strong experience working disputes in a payments, card issuing, or financial services environment
- Working knowledge of card network dispute workflows and relevant regulations/policies
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze case evidence critically
- Comfort communicating with cross-functional partners and managing priorities
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and case management tools
