About the Role
LTK is looking for an Integrations Specialist to help brands successfully onboard to the LTK Brand Platform. You’ll provide quick, accurate support to ensure technical onboarding is completed correctly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Assist brands during onboarding to the LTK Brand Platform with a focus on accuracy
- Troubleshoot onboarding and integration issues to keep launches moving
- Answer operational questions and guide brands through semi-technical workflows
- Diagnose issues and coordinate next steps to resolve brand concerns
Requirements
- Experience supporting integrations or technical onboarding (semi-technical troubleshooting preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Clear communication skills for operational and technical guidance
