Fin is an AI Customer Agent company helping businesses deliver outstanding, always-on customer experiences across the full customer journey. We’re seeking a Manager for Relationship Managers focused on mid-market customers to strengthen partnerships, drive adoption, and ensure teams get measurable value from our AI-powered support platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach Relationship Managers supporting mid-market accounts
- Own account health by monitoring engagement, outcomes, and customer success signals
- Drive adoption of Fin across customer service, sales support, and ecommerce use cases
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve onboarding, integration, and ongoing support experiences
- Identify risks and opportunities, then develop plans to improve retention and expansion
- Support reporting on performance metrics and pipeline/renewal progress for assigned accounts
Requirements
- Experience managing or leading customer-facing teams (relationship management, customer success, account management, or sales)
- Strong ability to build trusted relationships and communicate clearly with business stakeholders
- Comfort working with SaaS platforms and helping customers drive adoption
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking account metrics and outcomes
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
