About the Role
Fin is looking for a Manager of Relationship Managers to lead our SMB customer-facing team. You’ll help drive strong customer relationships while ensuring teams deliver high-quality, always-on support experiences powered by Fin’s AI Customer Agent.
In this role, you’ll oversee relationship management for SMB accounts and partner closely with internal teams to improve customer outcomes across support, sales, and ecommerce journeys.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coach Relationship Managers supporting SMB customers
- Own account relationship health by tracking engagement, adoption, and customer success signals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience across every channel
- Support onboarding and ongoing success activities with minimal integration friction
- Identify risks and opportunities, then drive plans to improve renewals and expansion
- Report on team performance and customer outcomes to leadership
Requirements
- Experience leading or managing customer-facing teams (relationship management, customer success, or sales support)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes across stakeholders
- Comfort working with SaaS products and customer support workflows
- Analytical mindset for monitoring metrics such as retention, adoption, and customer health
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and drive continuous improvement
