About the Role
We’re seeking a Manufacturing Associate Relations Manager to support the HR Manager in leading the Manufacturing HR function. You’ll be accountable for delivering key departmental metrics while upholding our core values—respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
Responsibilities
- Oversee site staffing activities to ensure coverage aligns with the staffing forecast
- Own recruiting activities and coordinate with the Center of Excellence for Talent Acquisition
- Ensure hiring requisitions are processed on time and candidates move through the hiring workflow appropriately
- Resolve candidate-experience issues, including background checks and adjudication
- Lead onboarding for new associates, including orientation and required training
- Develop and execute retention programs to improve associate engagement and longevity
- Maintain personnel files in accordance with company guidelines
Requirements
- Experience supporting HR operations in a manufacturing or high-volume environment
- Strong recruiting coordination skills and ability to manage hiring timelines
- Solid understanding of onboarding, training coordination, and associate retention strategies
- Ability to handle sensitive candidate and personnel matters with professionalism and discretion
