About the Role
Computer Transition Services, Inc. (CTSI) is looking for a Marketing and New Business Development Representative to support revenue growth through proactive lead generation and strong client engagement. This on-site role is based in Lubbock, Texas, and may be aligned with titles such as Business Development Representative or Lead Generation Specialist at other companies.
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through outbound and proactive outreach strategies
- Build and maintain sales pipeline by qualifying prospects and tracking progress
- Engage potential clients to understand needs and connect them with the right solutions
- Support marketing efforts that drive interest in CTSI’s IT services, including cybersecurity
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and accurate prospect information
- Contribute to measurable growth goals through consistent prospecting activity
Requirements
- Experience in lead generation, business development, or marketing development
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Ability to manage prospects, notes, and pipeline activity with attention to detail
- Interest in technology and professional services (IT solutions, support, and cybersecurity preferred)
