About the Role
We are seeking a Mass Tort Paralegal to support attorneys by managing case timelines, coordinating client communication, and helping prepare discovery responses. This role is focused on accuracy, organization, and meeting filing deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Manage mass tort case workflows and support client relationship management
- Order, review, and summarize medical records to help prepare factual discovery responses
- Interview clients by phone and provide timely updates on case status
- Review and evaluate cases to support attorney review and filing readiness
- Assist Intake Specialists with information gathering and case preparation
Requirements
- Prior paralegal experience, ideally with mass tort or personal injury litigation
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Comfort reviewing medical records and summarizing information clearly
- Professional phone communication skills for client interviews and updates
- Ability to follow instructions and work under attorney supervision
