About the Role
Princeton AoPS Academy is looking for a Math Instructor who enjoys teaching advanced learners and creating an energetic, collaborative classroom. If you’re passionate about math and love helping students build confidence through critical thinking, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Teach using company-created curriculum and materials for advanced students
- Lead small-group instruction and encourage student-led learning
- Manage classroom activities effectively with up to 16 students
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on tests
- Build strong relationships with students and families to support long-term growth
- Promote a positive learning environment that sparks curiosity in math
Requirements
- Experience or strong familiarity with teaching math
- Ability to engage students through interactive, student-centered instruction
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Commitment to providing thoughtful academic feedback
